A bridal purchase is not one visit. Most families come three or four times — first to look, then with the elders, then to decide, then to collect. We keep trays aside between visits so nobody is choosing under pressure.
Coming the first time
Bring the budget you have in mind and the date, if it’s fixed. That’s enough for us to show you the right trays instead of all of them. Allow an hour.
What can be changed
Length, drop, the number of pieces in a set — most of it can be adjusted, and it’s easier to say so before the piece is made than after. Ask when you’re looking, not when you’re collecting.
